Whats the best way to contact Fansbet customer support?
Options available are live chat, email or FAQ pages on the site. Live chat are really responsive and are available 24/7. At peak times you may be in a small queue, but each time I’ve tried, I have only waited a few minutes before getting put through to a member of the customer service team, just a few questions to answer first (I think each time I’ve been asked date of birth and home address).
Fansbet banking (deposit & withdraw) methods?
Visa (Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron), Mastercard, skrill, paysafecard, Neteller, ecoPlayz, Trustly.
The only things to mention here is you need to withdraw by the same method you have used to deposit, however this is standard for all bookmakers in the UK.
Fansbet how long does it take to withdraw funds?
We found this really difficult to find on their website, their FAQ’s section on the site mentions “This can vary depending on your chosen withdrawal method. Please click here ´Payment Methods´ to see all of the withdrawal methods available to you and their processing times.”, however we couldn´t see these times when looking to withdraw. After jumping on live chat, they could not tell me specifics for each banking method, but did say “withdrawals may take up to 48hrs excluding weekends and public holidays”
Who owns fansbet?
Fansbet is, owned by Rush Partners Ltd but operated by Viral Interactive Limited. Bank transactions (deposit & withdraw) will show up as "Viral Interactive Ltd". The company also runs a number of other sites including redarmybet.com & redsbet.com. They have been knowing to limit users to only one sign up offer from their brands, so try not to be too sign up crazy with these guys.

Each time I´ve been in touch, they have been more than helpful. If you are still not happy and need to lodge a complaint please contact hem via email. We recommend this method as apposed to live chat so you can get all correspondence down in writing. If the communication stalls without you being 100% happy, grab a complaint ID and head over to IBAS (Independent Betting Adjudication Service)
