Yesbets is part of Suppose Ltd and we take the privacy of your data seriously. This privacy policy aims to outline, what data we collect and how we store and use it. It will also aim to outline your rights as a user and how you can amend what we store and how we can contact you. We know that you providing us with your personal information comes with great responsibility and that’s why we never sell, rent or trade our email lists to any company for marketing purposes. The only emails that you will receive (if you’ve elected to do so) will be from Yesbets and nobody else.

Google Analytics

When someone visits Yesbets, we use a third party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website.

Personal Data and Mailing Lists

When you join Yesbets as a free or paying member, we collect your name, date of birth, email address and where you heard about us. If you join as a premium member we collect your paypal email address and payment information so that we can confirm receipt of payment. 

When you go through the process of adding betting sites to Yesbets, we will store this data. We also store the bets that you place and the amount that you have bet and with whom. We also store your betting balances with each bookmaker and your overall profit figures. 

When you join Yesbets you will always have the option to receive marketing communications from Yesbets. You do not need to opt in to become a member and you can change your preference at any time. 

There are certain things that we may need to contact you about which are not marketing related. This includes, updates to our terms and conditions, privacy policy, resetting passwords, important security updates and anything else that is necessary for your membership of Yesbets to function smoothly. 

Your Data and How We May Use it With Organisations Outsode of Suppose LTD

We may sometimes share anonymised data with certain partners that we work with. This may be to improve the service that we offer, or to provide custom offers if you have elected to receive marketing communications from us. The communications will always come from Yesbets and we will never sell or rent out your personal data to companies outside of Suppose Ltd.

 
Access to Your Personal Information

You can request view, amend or delete all personal data that we hold about you at any time. You will need to let us know the email address that you signed up with for us to locate your information. 

Changes to this Privacy Notice

We will endeavour to review this privacy policy every 6 months, or whenever new regulations are introduced to ensure that we are compliant with the law regarding your rights.
