Occasionally you will find yourself in a situation where you have calculated your potential profit or loss on a matched bet only to find that the odds have changed. This isn’t necessarily a problem, but you will need to adjust your calculations to see if the bet is still worth completing.

The video below shows you what to do if the odds change at either the bookmaker or the exchange to recalculate the lay amount and the resulting profit or loss.
