The sporting calendar is well underway for October as there looks to be even more action as we approach the start of winter! What a month we have ahead! As always we’ll bring you all the latest betting offers from the major bookmakers as well as our top betting tips to help you find a winner.

F1

We start with F1 as the Eifel Grand Prix makes a return to the calendar for the first time since 2013. The season is hotting up very quickly with Lewis Hamilton still on course to equal Michael Schumacher’s win record for F1 races! The last few weekends in F1 have seen some dramatic turnarounds and unlikely winners.

We could be set to see another one here with Hamilton’s teammate Valtteri Bottas making the headlines in Russia. Or, could it be someone out of the blue as we saw with Pierre Gasly in Italy. What a race that was! This Grand Prix will take place on the 11th October and you can see any F1 free bets that are available on our dedicated page.

We will also see the Portugese Grand Prix make its debut later on in the month as well as Emilia Romagna GP in Italy.

Nations League

The Nations League is also back with the Premier League and Championship taking a back seat for a week or two. Some fans will be relieved to see England returning to action. Last time out, The Three Lions dropped two points to the hands of Denmark in a 0-0 draw in Copenhagen. Gareth Southgate’s men will be searching for revenge this time at Wembley with England on the brink of qualification.

England will also host Belgium a few days before which could be an interesting encounter with some of the world’s best players making a relatively short journey to London. Kevin De Bruyne, Romelu Lukaku and Eden Hazard could all feature in what may be the biggest test for England throughout these matches.

Wales will also see plenty of action with friendlies against England as well as Nations League encounters against Republic of Ireland and Bulgaria. Scotland are also in action against Slovakia and Czech Republic whereas Northern Ireland take on Austria and Norway respectively.

Ascot will also make a return with the British Champions Day meeting on the 17th. All the top horses will make the journey down to Ascot where millions in prize money can be found to all the top trainers and jockeys.

This could be one of the strangest we have ever seen on this ground but also one of the most exciting having waited for action at Ascot for so long! You can check out our free Ascot Champions Day tips and betting offers on our dedicated page.

Boxing

Boxing could be about to see its biggest heavyweight clash we have seen in recent years as Daniel Dubois impressive form sees him earn a fight against Joe Joyce. Plenty of bookmakers are already looking at this as a potential way to put on some excellent boxing betting offers together as these two men finally come face to face. Dubois has been a name on the lips of everyone within the boxing world as he takes one step closer to being considered as a potential WBO candidate. Could this be his make or break fight?

It’s been a fight we have been waiting for as they look to fight for the British & Commonwealth Heavyweight Titles at the O2 Arena, London on the 24th August! Who will you be backing?
