Deposit up to £500. Buy shares in football players whose value you think may increase over the next seven days.
There’s probably no science to picking players whose value will go up – just guess or follow your gut feeling.
You can only buy 100 shares in a player at a time, but you can do this multiple times per player. However, if you buy several hundred shares in a single player, you may find it difficult to sell them all at the end of the risk-free period.
Once you’ve spent all of your deposit on player shares, you’ll need to wait a few days to see if their value increases.
There are two ways of selling player shares on Football Index – either add them to the ‘Sell Queue’ to sell to other members, or ‘Instant Sell’ them for a lower price.
Wait five days to see if your player shares increase in value. If they do, add them to the Sell Queue to try to sell them to other players.
After six days, instant sell any player shares you have left. At this point you’ll be able to see if you have made any profit. If so, withdraw your profits. Otherwise, contact Football Index and request a full refund.
You must contact Football Index within seven days of opening your account to request your refund.
